BMP180 BAROMETRIC SENSOR MODULE FOR ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE

This board includes a high precision BMP180 barometric pressure sensor with a measurement range between 300 and 1100 hPa (Hecto Pascal) with a minimum margin of error of only 0.03 hPa. It is based on high efficiency, linearity and long life piezo-resistive technology. The sensor has a supply range between 1.8V and 3.6 Vdc. It is designed to be connected directly to a microcontroller through its I2C interface. It has two 4.7k pull-up resistors on the I2C bus.
These types of sensors can be used to calculate altitude quite accurately, so they are very useful in UAVs!
