ESP8266 WIFI MODULE FOR ARDUINO / FUNDUINO
Security policy
Delivery policy
The ESP8266 is very simple and does not support SSL protocol or communication by SPI (only by UART) but it perfectly does its job together with any project with microcontrollers where you need to access a Wi-Fi network easily and cheaply. Since it does not have a regulator built into the board, if it is used with Arduino a 3V voltage regulator is necessary. It has a simple AT protocol that makes it functional in a few minutes without complications. It is also officially supported in the Arduino IDE from version 1.0.6, so it also has a large community of users.
NOTE: It has an antenna integrated in the plate, although it is a device that works exclusively at 3V so it cannot be connected to plates that operate at 5V with the risk of damaging the module and losing the warranty. A level converter available in related products should be used. Module warranties used without respecting voltages will not be covered!
