BHI NCH Noise Cancelling Headphone

The bhi NCH wired active noise cancelling headphones (ANC) effectively reduce external ambient background noise enabling you to concentrate more and enjoy your listening experience when in a noisy environment.  The over-ear style NCH headphones also give good passive audio isolation from external noise.

Using Your Headphones

They are an excellent choice for those wanting to reduce aircraft cabin noise, air conditioning noise, train noise, ambient background noise and similar types of continuous environmental noise so that they can enjoy a much-improved listening experience. The adjustable headband and soft over-ear pads make sure that the headphones are a comfortable fit. The NCH headphones require one AAA alkaline battery (supplied) and the active noise cancellation can be easily switched on and off with a simple switch, and a green LED indicates whether it is active or not.  If your headphone socket is 1/4" (6.35mm) then you will need to use an audio adapter (not supplied).

Active Noise Cancellation

The bhi wired NCH headphones do not work like our other DSP noise cancelling products but use active noise-cancelling technology (ANC) to reduce distracting background noise, providing a comfortable and restful listening environment in areas with high ambient noise. The NCH noise-cancelling headphones feature a miniature microphone in the earpiece that picks up ambient noise (like traffic noise and aircraft cabin noise). The electronics in the earpiece invert the ambient noise by 180° out of phase with the external ambient noise. This has the effect of cancelling out the annoying ambient noise without diminishing the audio you are listening to, resulting in a much-improved listening experience.
