The Fixpoint Crimping Tool for Isolated Cable Lugs is designed to create strong, secure and long-lasting connections on insulated cable lugs and connectors. The tool supports three cable lug size ranges, with colour-coded jaws for quick identification: red for 0.5-1.5 mm², blue for 1.5-2.5 mm² and yellow for 4-6 mm². The adjustment wheel allows the crimping pressure to be set precisely according to the connector or terminal being used.

The ratchet function ensures even contact pressure throughout the crimping process. The integrated lock prevents the tool from opening too early, ensuring the crimp is only completed when the handles are fully squeezed together. If the pliers jam, the integrated emergency release allows the tool to be opened again.
