Security policy
Delivery policy
Removable 3 m high tubular mast made up of modules for easy transport. Includes a door for connections. Rust resistant due to hot-dip galvanizing
Maximum horizontal load allowed due to wind action
Maximum load at the tip with wind of 130 km/h (pressure 900 N/m2): 440 N (base 0.46 m2)
Maximum load at the tip with wind of 150 km/h (pressure 1080 N/m2): 430 N (base 0.40 m2)
Structure weight: 16 kg
Maximum overturning moment at the base: 2.25 kNm
Calculation assumptions
Data calculated by applying second-order finite elements. Combination of weight and wind loads in the ULS (Ultimate Limit State) with a safety coefficient of 1.40 for wind and 1.10 for self-weight. The result is in accordance with Eurocode 3
Recommended foundation
Reinforced concrete matrix (a x b x h)
Use with the maximum permitted load: 0.6x0.6x0.8 m
The foundation calculation was carried out using the Sulzberger method, which is based on an experimentally verified principle, which establishes that for limited inclinations of the support-foundation set, at an angle “α” in relation to the vertical, such that “tg α ≤ 0.01”, the soil behaves elastically, resulting in a reaction in the vertical walls of the foundation that counteracts at the moment of overturning.
Considerations:
- Wind of 150 km/h (pressure 1080 N/m2)
- Average soil: specific weight (1700 kg/m3); permissible pressure (1.8 kg/cm2); compressibility (3 kg/cm3); soil-concrete friction (0.4)
- Safety margin S (Me/Mv ≥ 1.5), where Me is the soil stabilization moment and Mv is the overturning moment.
- Proper assembly, as if the structure were embedded in the concrete matrix.
