Ecoflex 15

Delivery policy
Ecoflex 15 is a flexible and very low attenuation 50 ohm coaxial cable for the frequency range up to 6 GHz. State-of-the-art production processes and the use of a low-loss PE-LLC dielectric with a gas content of more than 70% enable low attenuation values. The special construction of Ecoflex 15 combines the excellent damping values of rigid 1/2 "cables with a rigid inner conductor with the ease of laying of flexible coaxial cables with inner strand conductors. The good flexibility of Ecoflex 15 is ensured by a 7-core strand core conductor made of low-oxygen copper. The inner conductor is compressed in a special operation, calibrated and then pre-coated to achieve good damping and adaptation values.
Another advantage is the double shielding: an overlapping copper foil and an overlying copper braid ensure a high screen size of> 90 dB at 1 GHz. The black PVC outer sheath of Ecoflex 15 is UV-stabilized. To simplify the installation, solderless plugs of the N, UHF and 7-16 DIN standards were developed, which can be assembled in a short time without special tools.
Ecoflex 15 is a modern coaxial cable for all applications in high-frequency technology: low attenuation, flexible, susceptible to radiation and can be used up to the microwave range. Especially for longer discharges and for critical connections, where every "dB" has to be reckoned with, Ecoflex 15 offers big advantages.
