The Jolly Line AMS2/3OUT-5G is an indoor amplifier designed to improve and distribute terrestrial television signals through up to three outputs.
It operates across the 47–240 MHz VHF band and the 470–694 MHz UHF band, making it suitable for digital terrestrial television reception systems. The gain is adjustable from 5 to 20 dB, allowing the amplification level to be adapted to the incoming signal and distribution losses.
Separate adjustment for the VHF and UHF bands makes it easier to balance the amplification of each frequency range. The integrated filter covers the 694–862 MHz range, helping reduce potential interference from 5G mobile communication services operating above the UHF television band.
The amplifier uses coaxial F-type connectors and provides three signal outputs. It is powered directly from a 190–240 V AC mains supply.
This amplifier should be used when the signal received by the antenna is adequate but becomes attenuated within the distribution system. An amplifier cannot repair a poor-quality signal or replace a correctly installed and aligned antenna.
Excessive gain may overload the installation and reduce reception quality. Begin with the gain set to its minimum level and increase it gradually while monitoring signal quality.
This product is intended exclusively for indoor installation. Install it in a dry, ventilated location close to a suitable mains socket. Use 75 Ω coaxial cable and correctly fitted F-type connectors.
