The onsemi LM2576D2T-ADJR4G is a monolithic switching regulator from the LM2576 series, designed for simple and efficient step-down / buck power supply designs.

This is the adjustable version, allowing an output voltage from 1.23V to 37V, depending on the external circuit used.
