The DX-NR-770-HB is a dual-band mobile antenna designed for amateur radio operation on the 2 metre and 70 centimetre bands, covering 144 MHz and 430 MHz.
Its electrical configuration is 1/2λ radial-free on 144 MHz and 2 × 5/8λ radial-free on 430 MHz, allowing it to be used in mobile installations without additional radials.
The antenna provides a listed gain of 3 dB at 144 MHz and 5.5 dB at 430 MHz, making it suitable for compatible VHF/UHF mobile transceivers.
It supports up to 200 W, has a nominal impedance of 50 Ω and a listed SWR below 1.5:1.
Connection is provided through a PL connector, allowing the antenna to be mounted directly on compatible antenna bases.
With a length of 99 cm and a weight of approximately 210 g, it provides a practical balance between physical size, gain and power handling for mobile installations.
The HB version also features a black chrome finish, providing a discreet appearance for vehicle installations.

Before installation, always confirm the antenna mount compatibility, connector type, operating frequencies, transmitter power, coaxial cable quality and installation SWR.
Although the specification lists an SWR below 1.5:1, checking the complete installation with a suitable SWR meter or antenna analyser after mounting is recommended.
The listed maximum power is 200 W. Do not exceed this value, and remember that the permissible power of the complete installation also depends on the antenna mount, coaxial cable, connectors and operating conditions.
The antenna uses a PL connector. Antenna mount, coaxial cable and associated accessories must be purchased separately unless supplied as part of a kit.
This item corresponds only to the DX-NR-770-HB antenna. Magnetic mount, bracket, coaxial cable, connectors, transceiver and other accessories are not included unless expressly stated otherwise
