The Goobay Ultra-Slim LAN Window Feed-Through allows a network connection to be routed through a window or door frame without drilling through the wall.

Its central section is made from transparent PCB foil measuring only 0.3 mm thick, allowing the window or door to be carefully closed over the adapter. An RJ45 female 8P8C socket is provided at each end for connecting conventional network cables.

With a total length of 25 cm, it provides a practical way to connect equipment installed on opposite sides of a window, including routers, computers, receivers, cameras and other compatible Ethernet devices.

The product includes two adhesive pads for securing the adapter to the frame and reducing movement when the window is opened or closed. Its transparent foil provides a discreet installation.

Important note

The manufacturer specifies a maximum transmission rate of approximately 10 Mbit/s. This product is not suitable for full-speed 100 Mbit/s Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet or 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks.

The technical documentation does not confirm compatibility with Power over Ethernet (PoE). For safety, do not use it to power cameras, access points or other devices through the network cable.

Two additional network cables with RJ45 male connectors are required, one for each side of the feed-through. These cables are not included.

Before permanent installation, close the window or door slowly and ensure that the frame does not cut, puncture or place excessive pressure on the flat section. Avoid sharp folds and areas directly exposed to water ingress.
